Note About Delayed Contact Form Responses

For those that have submitted an issue through the contact form, but haven’t heard back from myself or the support team, my deepest apologies. For some reason, the e-mails were ending up being spam filtered.
I am looking through them, and answering them now, but if you don’t receive a response from me, please place a message on the forum regarding your problem.
I want to make sure everyone gets the support they need and don’t want anyone to feel slighted by this small technical glitch. Going forward, this issue should be fixed now, and any further submissions should reach me, and be answered as promptly as possible.
A huge thanks to those that brought this to my attention. And thank you to everyone else for being so patient.
